OVER THE SHOULDER

If you-re a side-sleeper and prefer sleeping with the head tilted to the side, we recommend rotating your SNUGL pillow and resting the back part on your shoulder for maximum comfort. The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable position over the shoulder.

FRONT POSITION

If you like to sleep with your head tilted forward, rotate your SNUGL pillow and rest your chin comfortably without risk of straining your neck.

CONVENTIONAL

If you sleep in the conventional way, with the head tilted back, the back part of our pillow is raised to allow your head to rest comfortably and be supported at the same time.

REVERSED

This position is recommended for seats with a neck rest which might cause the head to be pushed forward. The reversed position helps to reduce this and allows for the pillow to be used comfortably.

Step 1: Slide the male side of the buckle clip fully to the end of the strap.

Step 2: Now begin to roll from the opposite side of the pillow towards the buckle strap as tightly as possible.

Step 3: Lock into the clip located on the other side as indicated.

Step 4: Put your SNUGL into the included carry bag and tighten the cord on the bag to reduce the size even more. The included heavy-duty carabiner clip lets you attach it to the outside of your bag: save precious space while travelling!
